The workshop is a joint effort between various actors in the Seychelles, the Department of Language Studies, and the Department of Applied Educational Science at Umeå University. The aim is to explore and compare gender structures in the Seychelles and Sweden, with particular focus on education. The workshop is funded by the Faculty of Humanities at Umeå University, and the Wallenberg Foundation as part of the project C-RAVE.
